A controlled-release fertilizer with 65% of total nitrogen from GAL-XeONE® and X-COTE®
Poly Supreme is a premium-quality, controlled-release fertilizer containing GAL-XeONE® (polymer-coated urea). It delivers 67% of its nitrogen through the controlled-release of GAL-XeONE®, providing up to 16 weeks of nitrogen response. The K source is potassium sulfate and the iron is part of an N-P-K pellet which virtually eliminates the possibility of staining.

Directions and Usage
Apply every 14 - 16 weeks. PREPLANT: Broadcast 7½ lbs. per 1,000 sq. ft. (325 lbs. per acre) GROUNDCOVER: Broadcast 5 lbs. per 1,000 sq. ft. (½ lb. per 100 sq. ft.) SHRUBS & EVERGREENS: Sprinkle ¼ cup of BEST® Poly Supreme™ 23-5-10 with GAL-XeONE® evenly around dripline of plant and work into top 1 inch of soil. TREES: Apply ½ lb. per 1 inch of trunk diameter. Distribute evenly under branches out to dripline.
